Nothing is more annoying the bandying about an expensive city like New York and getting all thirsty and stuff. Paying for bottled water is idiotic. People were beginning to finally wake up to the scam, so companies came out with vitamin waters. They cost even more. On top of that, there isn’t enough of any vitamins in them to really do a whole lot of anything. What if you made your own? The more empowered you are, the less beta-sitosterol you’ll need to buy! Here is how I do it:
I bought one of these at The Container Store:
I got the green one to match my eyes, naturally. 
These bottle are BPA-free, because BPA turns you into a girl!
Next I fill it up with tap water that I run through a restructurer to make it wetter, amongst other things:
Finally, I add 5-10,000mcg of this:
and 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon of this, depending on tolerance:
Presto! Real vitamin water that gives you SUPER energy and revitalizes you. It tastes like the stuff in the stores, but it packs a dynamite punch.
