It’s fall in NYC and the weather is so beautiful but I am too busy doing stuff to go outside.  I should be inline skating or something but here I am grinding away at stuff.  Most excitement in this town is an illusion anyway.  You stand inside the warm glow of the mirage (or skate around in it) but at the end of the day you are still left standing in the desert.  So you might as well just stay home and work away.  Anyway, most of you probably aren’t fans of bodybuilding, but here is an excellent little documentary that I find very moving.  This is only the first part, but you can find the other 2 parts on youtube.
