So I have been taking 1500mg of no-flush niacin for maybe 2 weeks now because I read on the internet that it acts as a natural v*agra of sorts. Originally I was looking into it because a study revealed that at dosages of 3000mg/day it dissolved the amyloid plaques in mice that had alzheimer’s. So I added 500mg into my daily B vitamin routine and after a few days I began to notice something – bedtime erections! Strange… so I looked it up on the net and discovered that at 3x the dosage I was taking it was a lot more effective at boosting erections.
So I began to increase my dosage and I have to say it is impressive, unlike saw palmetto. Officially it is said that it cleans out arteries and while that may be so, I think it does something against estrogen. Because it cannot clean out the arteries that fast to have an effect on erections! Plus, I read yesterday that one of the biggest chemicals that is feminizing men, BPA, is fought with high-dosages of B12 and folic acid. I take 10,000mcg of B12 a day and 1,500mcg of folic acid per day.
I know it is not very “scientific” but I see a pattern of high-dosage B vitamins and positive effects on sexual function – and to think that I scoffed at B vitamins all these years!
