I bought this today:
It’s a really awesome product because it is a combination of a protein powder with oats. Why blend the two? Because oats give you fiber, and the resultant protein shake has a bit more calories which help if you are on the run and missing a meal or eating less then normal. While I am mostly into meat and vegetables and dodge the carbs, some quality carbs are okay if you need the calories. It’s actually a fast way to get them!
This product is also all natural with none of that sucralose or other fake sweetener stuff in it.
One thing I plan to do with it, is to make pancakes out of them. It’s simple: you take 4 scoops of this powder, add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of water and throw it all into a Blendtec blender. Pour it onto a non-stick pan that has been warming up on low heat for a while and flip them 1x. Makes for a serious breakfast. No need to scramble any eggs with this stuff!
