This product is has the right amount of selenium which is a good thing, but if you are going to have selenium, you also need potassium iodide for it to work on the prostate and then you will have to deal with the fact the different people have different reactions to ingesting potassium iodide. On the negative side, this product contains saw palmetto which can lead to temporary impotence, and soy which raises estrogens - which are at the root of prostate problems to begin with!
