So I am down in Florida in Boca Raton and decided to stay here until New Year’s day. Unfortunately I forgot to leave a message on my prostatitis order line that I am away and I see the voicemails building up I just don’t want to listen to them. lol It is much easier for me to deal with questions via email. If I am not on vacation it is fine to get phone calls because I can handle them as they arrive, but the idea of sitting here by the pool and listening to a slew of voicemails and returning the calls is not my idea of relaxation.
It’s interesting to me how many people want to talk to a live person. I suppose it is because so many companies out there rip people off and there is not much trust out there any more? I personally never have the urge to call a company though… I review the content on their site and place an order via the internet. I also never call or send a company an email asking them when my order will arrive. I must be weird like that, but I have almost never been ripped off – nor disappointed with any purchases I have made, and orders almost always show up sooner rather then later.
