As New York City begins to thin out and the sleep of the Xmas weekend begins to descend upon us all, I want to wish everyone a Merry Xmas and a Happy Hannukah! It’s better then saying “happy holidays.” So non-committal! I like Xmas trees even if Xmas is just a money-making holiday because I personally never viewed it as such. I like seeing the menorah in shop windows as well because I know I am in New York City when I see them. I’m not crazy on Xmas, but that is what I raised with and I certainly appreciate having my steak and my ale and just chilling. I will use this weekend and instead of reflecting on prostatitis I will probably catch up on episodes of “Homeland” although I doubt I will be able to finish the entire season in 2 days as I also have a lot of work and planning to do with respect to the upcoming year. I don’t make new year’s resolutions – I make new year’s plans, and I carry them out to completion. I think as men we all need to be very focused on what we want and resolute in pursuing it. So if you’ve never made a vision board, now is the time to start doing so!
