Everybody knows that not carrying excess weight is the best thing for your health.  So how do you lose the excess weight?  They key is to eat less calories then you need, on a consistent basis.  You could eat a diet of Twinkies and as long as you take in less calories then you need you will lose weight.  However, you will be starved of real nutrition.  So, I recommend one goes primal/paleo and eats nothing but meat and vegetables.  No carbs nor sugars!  Carbs and sugars have more calories then meat and vegetables, muck up your metabolism, and give you cravings for more.  On the other hand, meat and vegetables have the most nutrition with the least amount of calories.  So you get filled up quickly and are satiated.  Plus, they keep your metabolism running smoothly and don’t induce cravings.

Do this long enough and not only will your excess weight melt away, so will your problems!  All these ailments will magically disappear.  Maybe even your prostatitis too!   I am not saying that being fat causes prostatitis, but I am saying that the healthier you are, the easier it will be to solve any health problems.  So give the primal/paleo thing a try!
