It’s Saturday night and I wanted to go out, but I am just too tired. I lifted very heavy in the gym today, and then did 3.5 hours of mixed martial arts. That’s almost 5 hours of working out! Even though I would like to go out, I think I will get a good night’s sleep instead and I’m also excited to try this Arginine Pyroglutamate & Lysine combination which is suppose to increase growth hormone secretion by 700% if you take it on an empty stomach before you go to sleep. I want to see if it makes any difference in my physique over the next few months.
If I get a good night’s sleep I will be able to wake up early and do a few hours of serious work.
